Cobo Beach Beach

St Peter Port, Guernsey

This popular sandy bay, edged by spectacular rocky granite outcrops provides excellent snorkelling and rockpooling. Swimming and windsurfing are also very good. The bay is situated in the heart of Cobo Village with a hotel, restaurant and pub.

Nature and Wildlife

The Saumarez Nature Trail is a quiet walk under trees to Saumarez Park. The Port Soif Nature Trail is also a short walk located to the north of the bay.

Cleaning and Litter

The beach is cleaned daily by hand during the summer and twice a week in winter. Litter and Dog bins present.

Dogs

Dogs are banned from the beach between 1 May and 30 September inclusive.

Cobo is located on Guernsey's west coast. just north of Vazon Bay.

Public Transport

Cobo is located on the circular coastal bus route 7 and 7A. You can also take the 3 or 3A to and from St Peter Port.
