Crackington Haven Beach

Boscastle, Cornwall

Set in a bay this is a small sheltered beach consisting of a mixture of sand shingle and pebbles. The beach has rock pools and is surrounded by high cliffs.

Links to local footpaths up sheltered. wooded valleys. The National Coast Path Trail to the south of the bay leads over National Trust land to High Cliff which provides an excellent vantage point giving magnificent views all the way to Boscastle.

The beach is signposted from the A39 at "Wainhouse Corner" or via minor roads from B3263 Boscastle Road.
