Crimdon - Park Beach
Hartlepool, County Durham
A pleasant sandy beach backed by some sand dunes and a nature reserve. Crimdon had it's heyday back in the 1950's where it was very popular with day-trippers. It has since fallen into disrepair although it is set to benefit from a re-generation scheme.
