Lusty Glaze Beach

Newquay, Cornwall

Lusty Glaze is a privately owned beach and cove with beautiful golden sands sheltered by dramatic 200ft cliffs. It is home to The Adventure Centre where visitors can experience the buzz of adrenaline in this idyllic natural environment or simply sit back.

Nature and Wildlife

The beach is on the main coastal footpath stretching north. along the cliffs to Watergate Bay or south through Newquay and its historic harbour.

Cleaning and Litter

The beach is cleaned twice a day by maintenance staff. Bins are provided.


Dogs are banned between May and September. and dog bins are provided for the rest of the year.
