Magherabeg Beach

Castlegregory, Kerry

A very extensive sandy beach and dune system. The whole area is protected and is a Special area of Conservation. Beach is located 3 miles north of Castlegregory on the Magherees Peninsula. The area is composed of Carboniferous limestone.
