Newquay - Great Western Beach
Newquay, Cornwall
A beautiful sheltered sandy beach surrounded by high cliffs. The beach is fully tidal and completely covered at high tide. It is popular with surfers who want to avoid the heavy swells at Fistral beach. It is quieter than the neighbouring Towan beach.
