Polzeath (Hayle Bay) Beach

This is a sand and shingle beach with some rocks. It is situated at the mouth of a river and is backed by interesting cliffs. The beach has rock pools and includes a voluntary marine nature reserve.

From the M5 take the A30. Turn right onto the A395 past Launceston. then take the A39 and turn off onto the B3314 which is the Polzeath Road.
