A small sandy beach with some shingle and rock pools. It is to the east of Ryde town, set in a bay. The beach offers outstanding views of the Solent. The area is peaceful and adjoined by Puckpool Park, making it an ideal family beach with easy access.

Take the A3021 from Cowes and turn onto the A3054 eastbound. On reaching Ryde turn right onto the B3330 and Springvale is off to the left after about 2 miles.Public Transport
